I enjoy my job as the office manager for The Tipton Team. Ensuring adequate and efficient operations of all real estate transactions for the Team from start to finish. I receive and review daily files, making sure they are prepared for clarity, completeness, accuracy, and conformance. As well as, coordinating closing activities and review closing documents to determine need for additional documentation, which enables The Tipton team to a smooth and timely closing for our Buyers and Sellers. Buying a home is a dream come true. I love being a part of The Tipton Team who help so many people find their dream home. I am a country girl at heart but, love the city life for all the loud, new, and exciting things in life. I love getting back to the country to enjoy the smell of the fresh farm fields; my favorite is the mint fields.
