Members of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing who hold the CLHMS designation have successfully demonstrated their expertise in the luxury home and estate market by meeting strict performance requirements.
Members of the Million Dollar Guild are Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists (CLHMS) who have documented their success in assisting affluent buyers and sellers with million-dollar properties.

| Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) |

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements.
To earn the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation, every REALTOR® must have significant experience and demonstrate volume of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as complete rigorous educational coursework.
Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict sub header of Ethics.
Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential Specialists. |
| Master of Real Estate Society |
|
The Master of Real Estate Society recognizes the Realtors® dedication to excellence through professional education and commitment to staying abreast of the latest real estate regulations and practices.
Only members of the REALTOR® organization may belong to this Society. The minimum requirement to renew a real estate license in the state of Arizona is 24 hours of continuing education every two years. The minimum educational requirement to be a member of the Master of Real Estate Society is more than 54 hours of education every two years.

| • Hold a National Association of Realtors® (NAR) recognized designation (Earned after |

completion of at least 90 hours of classroom instruction and examinations, |
| |
| • Hold or be a candidate for another NAR recognized designation awarded by the |

National Association of Realtors® |
| |
| • Take 54 hours of continuing education during the two year period immediately prior |
| |
to application or renewal |
| |
| • Earn 10 points through additional education classes, attendance at NAR or Arizona |
| |
Association of Realtors® conferences, or service on local, state or national committees |

| |
| Less than 2% of Realtors® in Arizona belong to this elite society. |
| Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI) |
|
Graduate REALTOR® Institute designees have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services to their clients. To earn the designation, a Realtor® must complete 90 hours of specialized real estate related courses and successfully pass a series of standardized examinations.
The GRI Designation was established by the Education Committee of the National Association of Realtors® in 1974.
Currently only about 9 out every 100 Arizona Realtors® is a Graduate of the Realtor® Institute.

The Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation is awarded by The Real
Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) to those Realtors® who have met the specific educational and experiential criteria needed to provide a high level of quality service.
REBAC was founded in 1988 to promote superior buyer representation skills and services. An affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS since 1996, REBAC's membership now numbers well over 40,000 and is the world’s largest organization
of real estate professionals concentrating on buyer representation. |

A ground-breaking professional education initiative designed to provide America's real estate professionals with training and tools to expand their business as well as homeownership opportunities for more Americans.
The At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD) relays to the public that those certified have been professionally trained in, and are sensitive to, a wide range of cultural issues inviting a wider volume of business from a greater variety of cultures.
