Agent Roster - The Tipton Group Real Estate

Our mission is to demonstrate unparalleled customer service and extraordinary commitment to those we serve in the Real Estate industry. We want to earn the privilege of your personal Real Estate business and your referrals now, and in the future.

TiptonGroup was founded by Jeff Tipton and Aimee Burrell. This husband and wife envisioned a real estate team founded on simple, but powerful principles:

  • Operate with the Utmost Integrity
  • Treat Every Transaction as if It Were Your Own
  • Deliver Personalized Service
  • Educate the Client
  • Cultivate Lifetime Relationships

Jeff and Aimee came to real estate from the corporate arena after enjoying successful sales and marketing careers. They bring with them the analytical, marketing and sales skills they honed in a combined 30 years with Fortune 500 companies.

Having spent years selling to, and negotiating with, top retailers across the country, making the transition to real estate really meant applying some of the same principles and models they found successful in their previous careers.

Jeff has two kids, Jeff 31, Tiana 28, attended St. Mary’s High School, received his Bachelor’s from the University of San Diego, played 4 years of minor league baseball for the A’s and Orioles, then spent 20 years working for Kraft Foods. In response to this realization, he and Aimee both devoted themselves to learning every aspect of real estate, earning a deep understanding of the industry. Aimee Burrell, Associate Broker/Owner

Aimee Burrell, Associate Broker/Owner

A graduate of the University of Michigan, Aimee is the eldest of five siblings. She was raised in Toledo, Ohio by parents who instilled in her the values of hard work and education. They lead by example. She remembers her dad picking up weekend work in order to send all five children to private school so they would be better prepared for success in college. Her father’s efforts paid off. Aimee’s pursuit of education took her across the state line to Ann Arbor Michigan where she earned her degree in English literature. During her college years, she also worked with under-privileged youth, an experience that had a profound effect on her and created a strong desire to find a career that would be both meaningful and fulfilling.

With her degree in hand, she first entered the corporate arena in sales. This route led to several relocations around the country. While she enjoyed her work, Aimee greatly missed the sense of purpose she’d discovered when she worked with youth. After marrying her husband, Jeffery Tipton, and selling their home to begin their life together, she realized how much they both loved the excitement and joy finding a new home brings. It was a life changing epiphany.

Aimee’s passion for helping others and her love of sales fit perfectly with her new career choice. She’s still amazed by how rewarding helping people with their real estate needs can be, and feels that her professional experience in the corporate world is a unique added benefit for her clients. As a university graduate, Aimee also understands the importance of higher education, as well as the value of being knowledgeable and experienced in her field. Believing that professional excellence and education are critical in ensuring a client receives the best experience, Aimee has earned the following credentials:

  • Graduate of the Realtor Institute
  • Certified Distressed Property Expert
  • Certified Residential Specialist
  • Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
  • Member of the Million Dollar Guild
  • Master of Real Estate Society

For the last decade, Aimee has successfully helped families buy and sell their homes. She anticipates their needs, and fosters a personal relationship with each client that’s based on trust and understanding. She believes finding the right home is much more than simply searching for a house with the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms. In order to uncover the right solution, you need someone with the experience to ask the right questions. And Aimee is not afraid to ask those questions to ensure that all of her clients achieve their real estate goals. After all, deciding to purchase or sell a home is one of the most important financial decisions you make, which is why Aimee treats each transaction as if it was her own. We are confident that you will experience first hand Aimee’s willingness to go the extra mile to guarantee her clients the best possible experience.

Mallory Dachenhausen

Mallory Dachenhausen

Mallory Dachenhausen was born and raised in Wheaton, IL a western suburb of Chicago. After visiting her older sister at the University of Arizona, Mallory fell in love with both the campus and the state. She became the second of the three siblings to attend U of A. During college she met her husband, Ryan and they were recently married on 4th of July weekend in 2010. Not wanting to experience another cold winter, they decided to move back to Phoenix where they bought their first home.

Real estate has been a passion of Mallory's since an early age. Her younger brother and she would fight over who got to look first at the featured homes in their mom's Southern Living Magazine and Mallory would always beg her mom to drive by homes for sale in the surrounding neighborhoods so she could jump out and grab the flyer. Working as an intern for The Tipton Team during the summer before her senior year solidified Mallory's love for the business. She really enjoyed the variety of the day to day work and all of the new people that she was able to meet. After recently moving back to Phoenix, Mallory was hired on as a Real Estate Support Specialist for the team where she handles many key details to each transaction from start to finish. She became a Licensed Realtor this January and is proud to be one of the first members of Tipton Group Real Estate. She looks forward to growing and learning within the real estate business and is excited to help contribute to the new brokerage's success!

When she is not in the office, Mallory enjoys going to U of A Wildcat Football & Basketball games with her husband and trying out new restaurants in the Phoenix area. She also enjoys walking Zoe, her yellow Lab, playing golf, decorating the house, and putting her creative skills to work with scrapbooking and making cards.

She has been a Licensed Realtor since 2001, and has worked in residential and commercial construction since 1980. In 2009, she joined the Tipton Team as our Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator. Lindy’s previous experience in the industry has made her very comfortable wearing a variety of hats. She excels at handling the details for our transactions--which frees our agents to do their excellent work--and providing our clients with the best service around!

When Lindy is out of the office, she enjoys spending time at her family’s ranch in Flagstaff where she hikes and bikes. She also enjoys boating on Lake Powell with her family and, of course, spending time with her wonderful grandchildren.

LaTarsha Riddick was born and raised in Suffolk, Virginia and holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Norfolk State University as well as a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland. She received her real estate license in 2003, but spent the next five years working as a research scientist.

It was after the birth of her three children that she realized real estate offered her both a challenging and enjoyable career, as well as the ability to be a stay-at-home mom and raise her 3 kids. She found her niche in short sales and never looked back.

LaTarsha joined the Tipton Group in 2008. As Tipton’s Short-Sale Coordinator, Latarsha is responsible for driving the short-sale process, including document collection, deadline management and communication with lenders.
